To empower our youth with the tools and support they need to achieve academic and personal success on their educational and career journey.

One‑on‑One Mentorship

Provides goal‑oriented support, advice and coaching to student mentees.

Soft Skill Training

Develops mentees soft skills to help prepare them as new professionals.

Volunteering Opportunity

Provides mentees with volunteer opportunities to help build their résumé.

The Calgary Black Chambers’ three-year Education Equity plan ensures the meaningful and sustained integration of Canadian Black History across Alberta’s education system. This initiative moves beyond symbolic recognition months and isolated lessons, advancing structured curriculum inclusion, educator capacity-building, and institutional accountability.
